Roberta graduated cum laude at the University of Milano (Università degli Studi di Milano) and is admitted to the Italian Bar since 2012. Se has more than eight years of experience as criminal defence counsel in the field of white-collar crimes.

She has been collaborating with the Department of Criminal Procedural Law of the University of Milan since 2011 where she has received a Phd in Criminal Procedural Law.

During her professional career, she has participated to some of the most important criminal trials on environmental law, health and saefety at work and public administration.
