Marta graduated in Law with full marks at the University of Milano (Università degli Studi di Milano) and is admitted to the Italian Bar since 2007. She has more than fourteen years of professional experience as criminal defense counsel in the field of white collar crimes and she has participated to some of the most important criminal trials on environmental law, health and safety at work, and public administration.

During her professional career, she has acquired a significant experience in the management of criminal risks in the field of employment services as well as in the in-house companies sector.
