Luciano graduated in Law with full marks at the University of Milan (Università degli Studi di Milano) and is admitted to the Italian Bar since 2009. He has an extensive professional experience as criminal defense counsel in the field of white collars crime as well as an international backrground having served as human right protection officer before joining the Bar.

During his career he has participated to some of the most important criminal trials in the field of economic and financial crimes, public administration as well as in the field of intellectual and industrial property.

He serves as President and Member of Supervisory Boards of important companies and he has participated as speaker to several conferences on industrial and intellectual property and on administrative liability of corporations for crimes committed by their members.
