Giuseppe Alamia

Graduating with high honors from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Giuseppe has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2001. With twenty years of experience in corporate criminal law, he is qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation.

He has participated in several high-profile criminal trials involving environmental law, workplace safety, public administration crimes, as well as cases related to disasters and public safety offenses.

Giuseppe serves as President or Member of Supervisory Bodies for prominent Italian and international companies and frequently speaks at conferences on environmental law, workplace safety, and corporate liability.
