Graduated cum laude from the University of Milan, Roberta has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2012 and possesses substantial experience in corporate criminal law. Throughout her career, she has participated in significant criminal trials in the fields of environmental law, workplace safety, and public administration offenses.
She holds a Doctorate in Criminal Procedural Law from the University of Milan, where she has collaborated with the Criminal Procedural Law department since 2011.
Roberta also earned a Master’s in ‘Model 231: Discipline, Cases, and Supervisory Bodies’ from Il Sole 24 Ore Business School and serves on the Supervisory Bodies of several Italian companies.
She works in Italian and English.
