Marta Carniel

Marta graduated with top honors from the University of Milan and has been registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2007. She has significant experience in corporate criminal law and is qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation.

Over her career, she has participated in important criminal trials involving environmental law, workplace safety, and public administration offenses, as well as public safety-related crimes.

Marta has extensive expertise in managing criminal issues linked to workforce supply and in-house company operations.
